Ms. Melinda Zamora, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC was born and raised in San Antonio. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and holds board certification as a Psychiatric – Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. After attending San Antonio’s Health Careers High School and Wayland Baptist University in New Braunfels as an undergrad student, Ms. Zamora attended Walden University where she graduated Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. She excelled in nursing school and completed her residency at The San Antonio State Hospital and with the Bexar County Justice program, both inpatient and outpatient clinics for clients with mental health and various psychiatric conditions. Ms. Zamora brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Psychiatry of San Antonio. She is passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional care. Ms. Zamora is a member of the prestigious American Psychiatric Nurses Association. Ms. Zamora’s other professional memberships include the Texas Nurse Practitioners and the American Nurses Association.
