Fast and efficient. No need to wait too long. Get your primary care here!
Awesome staff! Very helpful.
It was a delight. I was a little apprehensive at first because of some reviews I read about long waits. I myself didn’t experience this at all. I waited less then five minutes to go back. They were attentive to me immoderately and the Dr was there with me with in maybe 10 minutes after I went back. I saw Dr. Rocha. I couldn’t say enough about how pleased I was with her. When we were done I felt like I had made a new friend. She was both professional and absolutely a delight. The staff was equally delightful.
People were pleasant and they listen to you.
It can be hard to get started here with insurance being verified do to there system but I’ve been coming here for over a 6 months now and when I come in they help check me in by offering an iPad or WiFi password or I can even check in the day before and just walk in, check in with them and then I’m almost called immediately. Some days it takes a while to get to you appointment but staff is super nice about it and doctors apologize and help me with whatever is going on right away. They also go over my immediately in my appointment making sure it’s updated. I go to Rita Thomas at the moment and she helps me with basic problems right away. It’s a good place to go to in New Braunfels.
Always on time and doctor listens and is thorough. High quality service.
Great and friendly service and staff
Very my visit are always awesome and taken care of. But once you get comfortable with your doctor, they decide to move you to a new one. Been going here 3 years and now they want me to see my 5th different doctor. So not sure what’s going on. Kinda getting a little scary.
My experience has been outstanding except for minor issues with appointment scheduling and insurance records.
The one MA that does blood draw is awesome. She is quick and efficient. The front desk is always nice even bright and early in the morning.
Same-week and next-day appointments are often available. We also offer evening slots to accommodate work and school schedules.
